On retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to both challenge yourself & relax in equal measure…and will be reminded all along the way, that scheduled activities are 100% optional. Your wisdom to know what YOU really need is highly respected & encouraged.
Our days begin with optional silent meditation followed by an active yoga class. After a delicious, nutritious breakfast, the activities include: surf lessons, massage, lazy lounging poolside, wandering jungle trails, exploring the town of Nosara, uninterrupted conversations with new & old friends, or diving into a good book. Afternoon yoga classes are restorative followed by sunset swims, an evening at La Luna & a few other surprises. Throughout the week, Tener offers introspective journaling prompts to deepen your experience…journal included!
All yogi levels are welcome.

Bodhi King Villa

Deluxe King Bungalow

Food:
Bodhi Tree offers an array of hot, and refreshing cold soups; an excellent buffet of veggies and salads; organic chicken, fish and vegan options. We also cater to any palette as a personalized service to suit all your special dietary needs. Organic wine and artisanal beer are available for purchase with your dinner.
Meals:
Breakfast: 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Dinner: 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Bodhi Bar:
The Bodhi Bar is a great place to mingle with new friends after a full day of amazingness.
Location:
Located in the foothills of Nosara and is a short walk from world-class surfing beaches of Guiones. Bodhi Tree is nestled in the Nicoya Blue Zone, making it an ideal spot to find peace, relaxation and rejuvenation.
Transportation:
Flights: When booking flights, you’ll want to fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR). From Liberia, we have 2 options for transportation to the resort: booking a puddle jumper flight or a shuttle.
*Landing in Liberia prior to 2:00 PM on the first day of retreat and departing after 1:00 PM on the last day of retreat is highly recommended.
Shuttle:
Once we receive your flight information, we’ll help coordinate transportation from the airport to the resort. When possible, we’ll pair you with other guests arriving/ departing at similar times to keep your cost down…and make the 2 ½ hour trip over more fun. The anticipated cost will be $160 for one to four people plus $45 for each additional person. Tax will be added to these charges as well.
Traveling solo?
Perfect! We will match you with a compatible solo traveler with whom you are comfortable. Private accommodations may be available at additional cost.
Payment terms and cancellations:
A $500 non-refundable deposit is due with registration. Balance is due prior to November 1, 2023. To receive the Early Bird Discount, payment must be paid in full at registration. Offer ends June 30, 2023.
Should you need to cancel, a refund (minus the deposit) will be issued if cancellation is received in writing prior to September 1st, 2023. After September 1st, 2023, the retreat is nonrefundable & nontransferable. This cancellation policy is firm. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip. There are many travel insurance companies to choose from, but Travelex and World Nomads are two reputable organizations for worldwide travel coverage.
