I am beyond honored and grateful to have been awarded Silver “Yoga Teacher” in the “Best of the Valley” awards! 💫
With over 50 yoga instructors in the Wood River Valley, it’s a huge honor to be considered one of the top three. Sarah Murphy was awarded the gold, and Richard Odom, my very first yoga teacher, received the bronze. (The deepest of bows to you, dear Richard💜.)
After almost 25 years of teaching yoga and 14 years leading retreats, my passion for the transformative power of yoga and travel remains steady and strong. Sharing it with you is truly a dream!
